She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and CPR, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Shay founded Healing Hands Concierge Nursing in March 2026 from a deep passion for providing personalized, compassionate nursing care that places patients and families at the center of every decision. Having recognized a growing need for more individualized support and direct access to a trusted healthcare professional, Shay created this practice to deliver a higher standard of concierge-level care, combining clinical expertise, patient advocacy, and genuine compassion tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
