Shay Bailey is a licensed Registered Nurse and Vohra Wound Care Certified professional with extensive experience in home health nursing, post-surgical recovery, and specialized wound care management. She founded Healing Hands Concierge Nursing in March 2026 from a deep passion for providing personalized, compassionate nursing care that places patients and families at the center of every decision. Having recognized a growing need for more individualized support and direct access to a trusted healthcare professional, Shay created this practice to deliver a higher standard of concierge-level care—combining clinical expertise, patient advocacy, and genuine compassion tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
